I am tired of dressing a "healthier" me. Sometimes it takes couple tries and several outfits on the bed before I go and start my merry day. I miss crossing my legs without struggles. I am not by no means hefty -:) BUT I find myself with less and less energy. I just needed a jumpstart to being fit again. I lost 45 pounds in 10 weeks! I have tried many other diets and have attempted to discipline myself to eat wiser with no results. The weekly visits are always encouraging and positive. The meal replacements are tasty and not "cardboard"... The staff is absolutely amazing and sincerely care about your success. I feel so much more energetic and my self-confidence has increased. I would say that overall, I'm just a happier person! thanks Medifast!
