an excellent experience, with a professional medical team who were very attentive and caring. The environment was warm, and I felt supported throughout the entire experience.
I was admitted in St Agnes on 6/22/26 and all the nurses PAs doctors techs phlebotomists, food servers, cleaning crew everyone was so caring, respectful and wonderful. I couldn't have asked for better care. The nurses and doctors were very informative, didnt mind explaining anything no matter how many questions you asked. Nurses always said let me know if you need anything and anytime I did which wasn't often never made me feel like I was annoying them in anyway. 10++++ across the board
My recent hospital stay was a very mixed experience. While there were a few exceptional staff members who truly cared about my well-being, there were also several serious issues that left me disappointed and concerned. Every single police officer/security guard in this hospital are the rudest people ever. Especially the lady that sits on the third floor right out of the elevators. My nephew was born at this hospital and the father of the baby asked her a small question and she started yelling for no reason. All the other people in the waiting room. If you ask her to repeat anything, she will raise her voice and start yelling. She needs to be fired.
