Just called to make an appointment. Phone has been disconnected! Finally got in touch with someone and she said all offices have been closed! What about all the customers who spent 1400 for their 2 year agreement? Are they getting a refund for the UNUSED appointments? I bet not!
The team at the Chandler Medifast center is extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. They understand that “Life Happens” and you need to live it providing encouragement and good advice on dealing with challenges that you face each week. They are sincerely interested in your success and ensuring that you make your goals. They are the value add to the Medifast Program.
I am very impressed by the amount of personal support given by all the team members at the Chandler center!
I look forward to my weekly visits at Chandler Medifast! These ladies don't judge me, criticize me, or make me feel like a number or just another person showing up for an appointment. They are real people who just so happen to be knowledgeable about nutrition, portion control, and weight management. They're easy to talk to and laugh with and in the near future I look forward to celebrating the end of this wonderful weight loss journey with them!
