Purchased a pair of boots that were said to be 26cm long (size D), they came in at 30cm (size H), 2 sizes larger. I sent them back and it cost me $24 in postage. They refunded the boots but wont refund the postage costs, just added credits to my store account. Now they ignore my emails and phone calls. I wont use the credits, so I want my postage refunded as I'll never purchase from this company again.
This is a very nice store. I rang up and asked a lot of questions about what sword to pick for a first time buyer looking to get into HEMA and asked lots of questions. They answered all of them, and I bought the sword, their basic Arming sword. It is a nice looking sword, feels good in the hand, and is tons of fun. There was one issue, with that being the way it was shipped. What can I say but amazing shop, staff are really friendly and helpful, great variety of items.
Purchased instore, there were no issues with the service at the time, although after three days of light use a necklace I purchased broke due to a defect I didn't notice instore. Emailed them the day after it broke and have not heard back since. Just also discovered the cover of a notebook falling apart after being opened three times, and never written in, and the ear cuffs I purchased had one backing missing and one damaged. Unfortunately I am several hours away so could not return to the store once I discovered the issues.
OMG!!! This place is like heaven, the service impecable. Please if u need reliable replicas or larping equipment this your place
