Nice stuff, good quality. WORST customer service ever. Ordered about $1000 worth of costumes. Half didn't fit (sizing is poor), half items on backorder and not told for how long until I called (2-4 months), backorders are not listed on the website -- you don't know it is backordered until you complete the transaction. Returns are clunky and you have to pay shipping yourself. You are told 'your order has been processed' but lo and behold....after two weeks hasn't shipped, isn't on backorder and I do not have a Halloween c... read more
This is the first bad review I've ever written. I spent nearly $500 on 3 items. Two of the items apparently fell out of the box in shipping. The company told me they would not replace the items or refund the money. They didn't even offer a replacement discount. They said they would file a claim with the UPS on my behalf. It's been over a month and I've heard nothing from UPS or the company. The bottom line is Medieval Collectibles took my money for products I never received. They left me hanging in the wind.
