This organization is second to none in client customer satisfaction, Mel being the cornerstone of diplomacy and compassion within it. Mel is textbook in compassionate care, after the fact, and attends in first line reception, which represents the organization, and is a deciding factor in a person's decision to use Medicine Hat Physio or another physio therapy service in the city. I would go as far as mentioning that she deserves a bonus or raise for her exemplary kindness and compassionate care.

At the time, I was passing through Medicine Hat, it was a Sunday or after closing of shops in the area on Saturday, absolutely dead. It was hotter than the hubs of hell so I thought I'd pull into the shade, somewhat, and park for a bit. I installed the windshield cover preventing anymore heat from entering my car. I stayed for a bit, taking in a bit of cool refuge from the building, which was little, and was reading a book, relaxing the best I could, before heading to Anytime Fitness, close by, with no available shade. Absolutely recommend. Koti and his team go above and beyond to make sure you get the help you need. They are professional and very patient and will do everything they can to make sure you have the best recovery possible.

Not happy at all. Never again. They are friendly, but I left with more pain and complications then I went in with.
