Trisha did an excellent job as usual. She explained everything she did so that I would understand and I believe I’m hearing better because of it.
What a wonderful experience we had at Medicine Hat Hearing Centre!! Although we aren't a client of theirs, we were having trouble getting the hearing aids to pair with app and becoming so frustrated! Tricia McNaughton came to our rescue, checking them out and replacing a receiver on one,which fixed the problem! There was no fee but a wonderful smile! Thank you Tricia!
15/10 would recommend! After dealing with ringing in my ear for years I decided to give Medicine Hat Hearing Centre a call. After sitting down with Trish she used a combination of techniques to clean my ear out. I had a full wax blockage that was causing my issues. I can hear perfectly again and the ringing is gone. I can't thank them enough for the great service.
After accidentally having a hearing aid drum stuck in my ear, Trisha, the Hearing Practitioner professionally removed it and did not charge me. I can’t thank Trisha enough for being so professional and efficient. Highly recommend Medicine Hat Hearing Centre!!!’
