While on holidays in Medicine Hat my father had a dome dislodge from his hearing aid and was stuck in his ear. we went to a walk in clinic and were told nothing could be done for us, go to emergency. We stopped by the office and were treated so kindly from the moment we entered the office. The dome was removed in seconds and then we were told there would be NO CHARGE. These clinics are few and far between in 2026 beyond professional and kind. Trisha McNaighton gets 7 .
Trisha did an excellent job as usual. She explained everything she did so that I would understand and I believe I’m hearing better because of it.
