I have been a customer for a couple of months, in that time I have learned that there are much better qualified people out there to help us with our hearing issues. I would say stay clear of this office!

UNPROFESSIONAL I was very disappointed with how unprofessional he was. Meeting with him was very traumatic for my mom—he made her cry. She was very frustrated because he didn’t listen to her or care about what she wanted. It was like trying to talk to a stereotypical used car salesman—he had his spiel, was high pressure and wanted to sell her on the most expensive product. I’ve been a hearing aid patient for years. This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever experienced. He focused more on my partner than on me, the patient by giving him an 100 year hearing test. He did not listen to my particular situation, only pushing / selling a particular brand of hearing aids, making me wonder if he’s being paid by that manufacturer.
