I have been going here for years. It’s not a fad diet. The tools they give you facilitate a lifestyle change. Do you lose weight, short answer is yes. But the question is sustainability. They teach you how to maintain and give personal attention to what makes you different thus tailoring your plan of attack. Is it easy? No. But anything worth doing will be hard. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and compared to things like WW it’s reasonably priced. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
