Premier U: Medical Weight Loss Solutions at the Marion location has phenomenal staff that truly care about their patients. Every time I walked in the doors at their facility, I was met with the same positive staff each time. Melody always called me, reminding me of my appointments and greeted me at the door with “hi Sunny” before I had even said anything. Initial visit was great; friendly professional staff that put me at ease and took their time explaining and answering questions. Prior to second visit received a reminder call. I had a question about billing date not being before the 15th of each month. I was told I’d get a call from the office manager DeeEllen. Long story short I wanted to make sure I’d be billed after the 15th of each month.
