I have made incredible changes in my life with the help of Dr. Hoffman. I lost 30 lbs, have gotten back into shape, am now doing pilates and yoga regularly - and overall I feel like I am myself again. I tried to lose weight in so many different ways, none of which helped me really change my life in the ways I knew I needed to.
