Ashley took the time to answer all my questions and is always available with help and support. The environment is very supportive and the program is customized to my needs. In addition to check ins, scans are done to ensure I am losing fat and not muscle. I am confident I will continue to lose weight, improve my health and maintain my long term goals
Dana is incredible. Not only does she listen, she actually cares. Everytime I have an issue she addresses it, helps me understand it, and works with me though it. A great person, a great practice.
