I knew more about weight loss than they did. This is a scam. They require you to use their supplements that are not allergen free. They promote the use of caffeine pills. It is not customizable. There are no physicians.
I was very excited to start my journey in losing weight with this program, I joined in October and was told about how the program works, I was told as long as I come in 3x a week to do my weigh ins and bring my journal, I can have MWL support until my goal was met. Well I ended up getting Covid in November so they told me they would pause my weight loss program, I started back up after my quarantine. Very helpful. They take their time to help and explain things. The ladies are always so kind and have a great personality.
I have struggled with my weight for a long time. I have been with this program for about 3 months. The plan is easy and IT WORKS! I've lost more weight than I ever dreamed I could in 12 weeks.
