I purchased an 8 week plan last year. The diet works… but I feel like calling it the “freedom program” is misleading. There is nothing “free” about weighing and measuring all of your food down to the dressing/condiments. They also heavily push you to buy their supplements and say they cannot guarantee weight loss without it (they are $$ on top of the $$$$ you pay for the program) The ladies at the office are extremely sweet and supportive. I signed up with the program back in end of may…. A day later, I decided to not do the full program so they promised me they would give me partial of my credit back. I still have not received my credit through them that they owe me. I tried to file a dispute with my credit card and they seem to have decline my credit card. This is very unprofessional behavior. Medical Weight Loss clinic has been a lifesaver for me being overweight most of my life. I joined in the promise of losing weight, but I was blessed to see that everyone at Medical Weight Loss clinic had my best interest in mind The staff always are encouraging that I can do this.
