I never thought I could lose weight at my age. But this is a wonderful successful program. Kim is awesome. She is my biggest cheerleader. Kim is helpful in choosing foods and recipes. Kim is there to motivate me to achieving my goal. I would recommend this program. This program is truly amazing.
