I started with MWL only 5 weeks ago and have lost 15lbs already! That’s 3lbs a week! In the past I struggle with yo-yoing up and down with the first 5-6lb- hit a plateau and then I’d give up. Kim has been amazing! With Kim’s help, knowledge and encouragement I find myself not struggling and have been able to stick with making better food choices & drop lbs…. & best yet, I don’t feel hungry! when I fell off a little Kim was never negative- she continued to be supportive and encouraging!

I have had the best experience going to through this program, my coaches Kim and Angela are the best,they have help me lose almost 40 pounds.
