Not a good experience. I had a severe reaction to the detox and expressed my concerns and asked about discontinuing. I was told it would be no problem... fast forward to more than 5 months of payments after I canceled my plan. Customer Service is horrible and corporate is worse. I left multiple messages and emails with no response until I contacted corporate. Allison with Customer Service/ Corporate actually laughed at me TWICE. Not professional. I have been going to Medical Weight Loss for about 7 months. The Gainesville office staff have been amazing! They are very supportive and helpful! They are considerate and understanding. I have never felt judged by them. We have become like family. I have always been over weight and I have NEVER been successful in losing even a few pounds. I have lost 60 lbs. and still going! I had a 1st visit in June w/ counselor... didn’t start program but allowed my credit card to be charged. I NEVER STARTED NOR TOOK ANY SUPPLEMENTS, etc. I changed my mind, & asked for refund. I AM STILL WAITING FOR IT!!!
