Seriously... just RUN from this place!!. I saw a few negative reviews online and with BBB but decided to give the benefit of the doubt. I should have listened to my gut. At my first visit ($49) I mainly needed to know if I could afford the program (they start out at $2-3k but will "modify"). We agreed on a price and I told Kimberly the ONLY way I could do the program was if I could use insurance or my FSA card. She told me I could do Care Credit & use my FSA card, no problem. First of all, their positive reviews are incentivized. They give you free fat contouring sessions if you give them a 5 star review. We signed up with MWL and a short time later my husband's job was at risk. When we found out he was being fired, we put in for a refund request from the owner, Hannah Erickson, for the remaining credit on our account ($3000) so we could pay our mortgage (that was in October 2021).
