If I could give zero stars I would. MTM requires 48 business hours prior to appointments to schedule medical trips, they can take up to right before your appointment to schedule a ride for you and there’s no guarantee you will be able to make it to your appointment. But they tell you to call the morning of your appointment if it’s still not assigned and then the will assess if the medical appointment is urgent. Since when are do we allow others to dictate the urgency of our medical appointments?
The worst experience I’ve ever had as a customer somewhere. Constantly late, the app send notifications at 3am saying “your ride is here.” Drivers complain about the drive while I’m in the car. Texting and driving. I could go on. I have scheduled rides every day of the week at the exact same time and it never fails that I’m at the least inconvenienced, and more often disrespected and uncomfortable. The worst company I’ve ever had to deal with.
My daughter relies on getting rides to her therapy appointments due to my work schedule. MTM is constantly cancelling her rides and will not notify you when something is needed to keep services going. Rather, they will just cancel services and wait for you to call. Just today I found out by the local transportation company that all of her rides have been cancelled and she's not on the schedule AGAIN. Super rude, condescending staff. I called to get set up and just decided to try to figure something else out.
If i could give fewer stars i would! CONSTANTLY they have messed up my appoints by either getting the times wrong, not getting me a driver, or both. I have a preferred cab company in my notes but there was multiple times that cab company was never contacted. I then had to do MTM's job myself and contact the cab company so that they could contact MTM and get my ride assigned to them. A few times on the mornings of my appointments.
