I called these guys up 3 weeks ago so they had time to find somebody to do a transportation from onamia to brainerd for a knee replacement they said I was good I get a message Sunday 2 days before my surgery they don't have nobody then I get a message Monday they still don't have nobody so now I'm scrambling to find somebody to take me when I don't have family or anybody to take me
Supposed to offer ride reimbursement for the county I reside in yet they dont want to and will push the blame onto anyone but themselves
Was told directly from my insurance to contact mnet about medical ride reimbursement. The letter states "members who live in one of the following counties should contact MNET/MTM for reimbursement; aitkin, anoka, etc" I am in anoka county. So i call MNET and they tell me that "you need to contact UCare since your rides are through them. We dont provide reimbursement since the ride isnt through us". I have a literal letter from UCare stating that if im in anoka county that MNET/MTM does ride reimbursements
ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE!!! They are horrible with communication, don’t show up, customer service is horrible. Worst service ever!
What a joke of a company. Wasted my time and gas to follow instructions on their paperwork and they completely ignored me and never followed up about anything. I WOULD RATHER GO BROKE THEN TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS. DO YOU KNOW HIW MUCH GAS I WASTED GETTING DR SIGNITURES.
