I wish I could give 0 stars for 5 years and half years I have to fight them for a ride for ever appointment my son has yesterday I called to activate a lyft and it took multiple calls and people and a hour to get a lyft active and my son got there a min before his appointment. I called yesterday june 18 and today june 19 to get a lyft for his trip Friday June 20th and they have refuse to book my son a lyft for is Trip to his therapy. Im done with this . My child is disabled and have a number of appointments. Why are we always late for our appointments because of transportation. Either the drivers are late or they don't speak English, so I can't communicate with them. It's like I have to hold their hands to get to the appointments on time. I have to call that morning to make sure they show up. Or cancel her appointments because they don't show up and if they do, they are late. Preface- Lyft has been my provider since my nurse case manager at my health insurance provided á doctor signed letter stating I was to ride in private accommodation due to medical reasons. It has been a private driver or Lyft. For the past year .
