My husband was picked up and hour early which is fine better then late the driver was nice enough to wait for him . But on the way back after his appointment he waited for 2 hours to get picked up he called a few times to the number in the app. But then later on like 7pm a few hours later someone called to ask if he was home and said he was calling the wrong number how were we suppose to know about that number if it was nowhere in the app . I was fortunate enough to have taken this company home twice after complications with my hip surgery at the hospital and they have a person on their crew DARELL that is the best at getting me on and off the stretcher, he made sure safety, comfort and professionalism was all I received, 5 stars plus Mr DARELL

Had a follow up with surgeon today across town. The MTC transport driver was amazing! Jory was very sweet and caring. I felt comfortable and safe with his driving the music was great and so was the conversation. Definitely someone who goes out of his was to be sure your good. My appt didn't last long and he called ahead to see if he could wait and they let him. That's wonderful service!! Thank you Jory and MTC for a great experience

This review is not written after only one trip with MTC but multiple. From booking with amazing Bella and Alicia to being specially cared for by Lawrence, Renzo, Van, Jasmine... this has become our ONLY transport company. Each time I contact them, I feel as if I'm calling family. Every staff member is truly concerned with my husband's care and they help me out. Recently used MTC to transport a family member to an appointment. Despite a series of issues outside their control, they managed them with ease and went above and beyond my expectations to ensure we made our appointment.
