Honestly I’m more than grateful for everything they’ve done. My son was discharged from here a few months ago and I’m so proud of the things he has overcome and accomplished with their help! I’d say the only downfall that hurts my heart is that he still asks for Megan and Casey, he misses them and has not forgotten about them! Brittany as well and I’m forever grateful! I hope to see them again soon!
I can not thank them enough for the work! Allyse is so amazing I can not recommend her enough. My son had an incident with a dog earlier this year and would crawl using one arm as a result. Thanks to here my son is crawling regularly and he is so fast at it too. He is even walking and taking steps. I just recommended medical support services to a mom who is looking for help for her son as well. I am so grateful them!! If your child needs extra help do not hesitate and call medical support services!
Very grateful for this place! My daughter has only attended a couple therapy sessions but loves her sessions with Nora! They were extremely helpful in getting my daughter a funded AAC device and it literally came within a day. The lobby is always clean and staff is friendly. Recommend this location 10/10 :)
Waste of time , unprofessional staff. Disrespectful and rude behavior by owner.
Therapists are very nice, their owner (president) very disrespectful and rude person, with no dignity. She is expecting parents and siblings of the patient to stay in very dirty waiting room with one toy and 10 books for 2 hours, while next door gym is closed, and according to her policy you can't leave the place if your child has a higher risk condition. Very disappointed, nothing nice to say about this person.
