If I could give 0 stars I would. In a pinch I have scheduled pick ups for medical appointments with this company, when my regular ride service is booked. Those few times it has gone the same way every time. I call and check ahead that my trip with them is confirmed, I make sure they will have a driver at the time of my appointment.
