Not taking any new clients. Just wanted a Saturday massage for me and my brother. I suggest adding more options to grow your business! Other massage places in the area are salon/spas with unnecessary traffic for something like what I’m looking for. Hope this place hires more people and begins accepting patrons regularly! And from the other reviews it seems they need to add practitioners that are sensitive to their clients needs. Best of luck, I will check back and see if any changes have been made, as I’m in the area often.
I would only give this therapist 3 stars because she failed to make me feel comfortable, so therefore I couldn't relax and still had to pay unfortunately, disappointed
Wow. This place is amazing. Takes a little while to get into, but for good reason and well worth it. This is not your typical massage. I've had quite a few different massages to try and deal with a severe neck issue(cervical fusion in Sept of 23, and was scheduled for a second in Oct. of 24), but this is the first time I've ever seen or felt anything like this. I really wanted to love this place. It took several calls over a week for them to call me back and make an appt for a month out. I figured they were busy and I was excited to get a quality long massage. The massage itself felt "nice" but the lady really overworked/tweaked my neck. As the day went on, my neck pain progressively got worse until I couldn't turn my head to the right. As is, five days later, I'm still icing my neck and doing slow stretches to try and fix what they did.
I have called three times to schedule an appointment. Still no appointment. If you want new clients, answer calls or make an effort to get them scheduled.
