Isn't clear about needing to be in person when you've had your card previously. They do not mention it until after they have your money and then when you tell them you will not drive over an hour and that this wasn't clear, that you'd like a refund, they will become snuity and rude and will even hang up on you. Apparently this operation is ran by two single people, summer and Mary. Or at least they will not allow me to speak to anyone else if there is. A $60 refund shouldn't matter to a real business.
