Wanted to renew my card that expires next month. Was told I could not get a new card because I have no medical records for the past 12 months. Do not need to see my doctor for knee pain, or my cyropractor for back pain anymore because I'm managing the pain with medical Marijuana! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?????
This place is WITHIN the chiropractic office. I was almost late to my appointment trying to find it. Overall the doctor was very kind and professional. However, I paid my fee and everything and now it has been weeks and I haven't received my card. I can't seem to get an answer because all I can do is leave a voicemail. I'm very upset they had no problem taking my $300 but now it's been weeks and I'm still without a medical card when I was told it would take 1-2 weeks to see it in my email. This clinic is located in the chiropractic Care center. The instructions you receive by email state it. Dr Krueger was professional and the staff were professional. The speed of the processing and email updates keep you well informed. Overall. I'm extremely pleased with the whole process. I'm waiting for the card in the mail but I was approved quickly.
The process was very easy. They contacted my doctor, got my medical records, submitted them online and I got an approval the next day. I downloaded my card from the email and it was that easy and fast. Everyone was very polite, professional and made everything very simple! Thank you so much!
