I thought I was scheduling an in-person appointment, but it was for a video call instead. The video didn’t work, the chat person was zero help, the physical address is closed at 3:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday, no one answers the phone and now I’m out $250! I’ll definitely be researching which state organizations to file a complaint with. Here it is the next day, I was told people would contact me, but nothing. Ask if they take walk ins and they said they do but dont have any openings 😆 (with 1 person for 10am appt waiting in the lobby) what a joke. Dont waste your time coming here. There was no one in the lobby except for 1 person.

I recently set an appointment after my card expired. My old card expired 4 months ago and I never got around to renewing. I came in on a Saturday morning and had my digital card by Monday afternoon. Process was quick to say the least. I will definitely go back.
