Great experience overall! The doc was nice and efficient, the card arrived in less than a week. Highly recommended.
Where do I start, I have ptsd, panic disorder and suicidal tendencies with that being said I was in a outpatient service that is very strict about not missing meetings and a mother who needs rides to her chemotherapy. This office apparently can’t appease my needs as rescheduling isn’t accepted by their doctor who is frankly unprofessional. He refused to see me because I rescheduled due to these issues. I was treated very poorly. Rude, short, barraged with questions. Only took the time to look at my records for less than 5 mins. (Doc went out of her way to review up to page 30 out of 174... Most current visit notes were on page 37) An assistant called with an interrogation while I was in a public place (Library) and couldn't discuss private medical details. My appointment was cancelled 11 minutes from the time it was booked online. I am a medically retired Veteran with legitimate health concerns. I was discarded like trash.... read more
