I wish I could give zero stars. I had the exact same experience as the other 1 star rating. Cash deposit upfront and no loan delivery and Karl disappears as soon as you want a refund. I should have done more research on this company.
Karl is the most dishonest person I have ever talked to and done business with. He takes your money and never does the work that he is suppose to do and never returns any of your phone calls. Don't do business with him!!!

Do not do business with this company. The owner Karl Taylor will make false promises that he cannot keep. He had me send in money as first payment and deposit, he could not secure the funding for this deal which I was preapproved for. He has yet to return my money and will not return phone calls
