If I could offer zero stars I would. My son was scheduled for a ride through this company today. I reached our via text and phone got no response since they failed to confirm his medical trip. When I contacted the company that uses this contractor, they were told Medical City doesn't service my area. I live in ORLANDO and traveling to guess where: ORLANDO.
