I have worked with the Doc and his wife for over a year. They are here for us, not them, they have a lot of patients that they work with daily. Remote and in person appointments make it convenient for my work schedules. They help me with my back pain and my pets arthritis. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate. Highly recommend.
I have been a patient of Dr. Hershel for over five years, and my experience with the care itself has been positive. However, my interaction with the office manager today was extremely disappointing and concerning. I absolutely 💯 love Doc and CathyAnn. His trusty nurse/wife. They are an amazing team. I felt so welcome. I felt understood. CathyAnn helped do all of the tasks on my phone for me, from the start. She also told me many times, that if I need to even talk to her to call her! She and Doc treat there patients like family, not just a clients. The process was straightforward, and over time, my experience has improved tremendously. The convenience they offer is unmatched. The staff is always efficient, helpful, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. Even though they are often busy assisting other patients, they always make an effort to get back to you promptly.
