I absolutely 💯 love Doc and CathyAnn. His trusty nurse/wife. They are an amazing team. I felt so welcome. I felt understood. CathyAnn helped do all of the tasks on my phone for me, from the start. She also told me many times, that if I need to even talk to her to call her! She and Doc treat there patients like family, not just a clients. The process was straightforward, and over time, my experience has improved tremendously. The convenience they offer is unmatched. The staff is always efficient, helpful, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. Even though they are often busy assisting other patients, they always make an effort to get back to you promptly.
