Horrible company representing horrible medical provider. Turned me over to collections without ever contacting me! Issue was the way the incorrectly coded their billing submission to BCBS. Took me 1 call and 30 seconds to fix the issue. They won't get the collection agency off my back after repeated promises to do so. They received payment from BCBS immediately after I fixed their issue.
Very POOR service, can not get their information correct regarding the billing of the correct individuals, will never return a phone call, and obviously very unorganized and incompetent. Do not use this company!!
