Found the staff to be very rude and loud, never again. the one that was extremely rude, perhaps a supervisor was telling a patient about how Medical Associates would bill her before she gets to her car. She interjected when I was speaking to my sales rep about my Oxyview glasses. I had already spent $800 on lenses and was going to buy a second set when this disgruntled woman employee said "we can't do it, it is too hard". So they lost a sale and a customer. I had not gotten an updated pair of glasses in over 10 years. I usually do not like picking out glasses, but the optical staff made the process easy. They were fun to work with and knew exactly which pair of glasses would look the good on me. The selection was great to choose from as well! You can tell they care about your vision and what fits best with your lifestyle.
