I stopped in to have my glasses adjusted, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Deena. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to listen and make sure my glasses fit comfortably and felt just right before I left. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Found the staff to be very rude and loud, never again. the one that was extremely rude, perhaps a supervisor was telling a patient about how Medical Associates would bill her before she gets to her car. She interjected when I was speaking to my sales rep about my Oxyview glasses. I had already spent $800 on lenses and was going to buy a second set when this disgruntled woman employee said "we can't do it, it is too hard". So they lost a sale and a customer.
