Missed a call at 9:50 due to being at work. Called back at 9:56 with no answer and now I’m going to have to pay 75 dollar fee for a missed appointment because they don’t answer the phone during office hours. How on earth are we supposed to get in contact with you if we’re a couple minutes late? Very sad to see them take advantage of people like that.
