The staff are amazing. I have mostly dealt with Dr Kents and Mel and they are both professional as well as personal. Have recommended and do recommend.
I have had several appointments with Dr. Kent, plus I referred a family member. Our experiences have not been great. I found Dr Kent to be very cavalier, a little bit too casual and dismissive. One time during a Botox treatment, she goofed up and caused a bruise to emerge at the side of my temple. She laughed it off and suggested I say a “book fell off the top shelf and hit me in the face”. I sensed a self-important attitude. We will not be returning.
Had 4 moles removed on my back. I was so nervous but the process was easy. I was worried for no reasons. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I would recommend this place and look forward to going back for other skin related services
