Man the transportation vans are FILTHY!!! .. I started not to get in but had to go🥹 the only reason I gave it two stars because one of the drivers was a sweetheart.

Weird,take hours to come back to get you from your appointment and take you back home.they don't have clear communication with the passengers.

I knew the company was bad but after all these years you would think that they would have improved but NO and the sad thing is that people have to use them according to insurance, they always late (pickup to/ pickup return), the drivers are on the phone not paying attention or the drivers are blasting music in your ear, they turn corners to sharp and some are rude and don't have any compassion nor care for their clients, please do better cause a lot of clients don't have the luxury of driving or being driven by love ones, wi... read more

Medic is very unprofessional their drivers have no empathy for their patients whom they transport to get to and from their doctors appointments. My grandfather has been waiting 4 hours to be picked up from his doctors visit. Last week a driver drove off on him didn’t even have the decency to wait 2/3 mins for him to come out the house.
