They have picked me up 2 times, both times they got me to my appt just fine. However, they don't seem to care at all if they get you back home, first trip I waited almost 4 hours to return home, and just today, an hour and a half waiting with no idea when I was going to get home. Luckily, one of the people at my appointment stepped up and brought me home. This company is garbage!!! Should be an option for negative stars, they don't deserve the mandatory one.

This is more than one time they had done me this way. They arrive an hour late or else they refuse to pick me up on a tight schedule. One woman refused to take me home from my dental appointment and she had to go to a graduation and the other medic driver said she almost forgotten me and didn’t want to pick me up. Why is it that they like picking on me and someone that needs treatment and can’t arrive to the clinic on time. Medic Transportation is proud to serve their Communities. Their drivers are friendly and professional. Their vehicles are clean and comfortable. Medic is the class of the NEMT industry.

My driver, Mr. Rick did a great job driving and coming back to pick us. My only thing was I'm a diabetic and we couldn't stop to pick up something to eat. Other than that great service.

I had a terrible experience with Medic and I wouldn’t recommend them. They dropped my 84 year old wheel chair bound mom off at a doctor’s appt and didn’t come back to get her. We waited for 4 hours for them to come back. Very uncaring thing to do to an elderly women in a wheelchair. I am very dissatisfied on their service and unprofessional. If you need a transportation service I would not recommend Medic Transportation. Very bad service!!!!
