Great staff, great place to dip your toes in as a BLS. Upper management is absolutely terrible. They sent our W-2’s out with more than half of the employees SSN displayed on the front of the envelope before you even open it. HR’s reply was “what do you want us to do.” Teamsters is the worst “union” on the face of the earth. They do nothing for the employees but still charge them their dues. They don’t even let us have lunch breaks. Raises? Nah, but if you run a certain amount of calls you get bonuses, so there goes your lunc... read more

A friend of mine experienced an emergency at the Cardinals game this evening. Within minutes of telling someone to call for help, a cart arrived with Jeremy and Whitney from Medic One. As soon as they arrived on scene, they were able to calm all bystanders and give my friend the care she needed. Their skills and experience were evident; I am so grateful for them!!! My friend is able to smile, and feel confident about her care as a result of the reassurance she received on scene from Jeremy and Whitney. Thank you so much!!!!!
