I had never heard of this mediation company before but a carrier on a difficult case said they would pay if I used a particular mediatior, a former judge from Suffolk County, William Conden, on my New York County case. I recently mediated a case, pre-litigation, with a demand of $450,000 and no offer using Judge Condon as the mediator. In less than an hour and a half we were very close to settling, which ultimately happened. This was a unique case, with an untested new law and very interesting legal and factual issues and lots of emotion. Couldn't have settled without the assistance of Mediation Solutions. Very reasonable fee structure too.
