Marty is a nice enough person, but did zero mediation for my divorce. He sent us the AZ laws and had us try to split our items independently. We did that, but had a few open issues at which time he provided zero assistance in ironing out the few remaining items sending my x-spouse off to hire a lawyer. 1 year and over $100k later, we basically ended with a similar result as we had determined ourselves with a few changes. I called this guy and he informed me that he only does zoom meetings which I found a little odd since it's the middle of February 2022 and pretty much all restrictions have been lifted. He was super rude on the phone and hung up on me. Not very professional!
