I dealt with Pam to make arrangements for the mediation. Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and great communication. Pam tried to find a solution as quickly as possible, and the cost was lower compared to going through solicitors. I can't fault this organisation in any way. I cannot recommend Pam enough. She was very understanding and accommodating. I was supported and reassured during the process which I really needed as a single dad dealing with a difficult and conflictive child’s mother sabotaging access to my daughter. Pam is a great choice to handle mediation.

Pam Hatfield is professional without being officious. She does not pick sides. Pam is a great communicator. Both of us felt we were being listened to in a highly professional manner. Pam kept in touch throughout the entire process and explained the many option available. I personally believe Pam saved us a lot of money and emotional pain and treated us as people with a problem not as problem people.
