Does not tell you when there is a change in court plans. Does not take what you say into consideration. Does not keep you updated on situations and where we are at in the case. I don’t know how Jefferson County qualified Joanne Miller to be a Guardian Ad Litem. She is extremely biased and will quickly pick her favorite parent. She completely ignores the other parent and doesn’t return phone calls. She makes recommendations in court that she’s unable to explain without talking to BOTH parents. She’s disrespectful and rude to the parent she doesn’t like. She NEVER took the time to talk to me about decisions she made against me.
