Photos were mediocre... Was told it would take two weeks to get photos back but it took almost five. Definitely not impressed and won’t be using them again.

I wouldn't recommend Media Mason to anyone with the experience I had. From the moment I had payed for my sessions, no communication and the work I received was not what was portrayed before the bookings. It also took a while to get the photos after what was promised. The experience overall was that it was rushed, they did whatever they decided without communicating. Honestly, it seems like they will book several even countless amounts of sessions and push the deadline to have your photos later without much consideration. Big... read more

To say they lack communication and professionalism is an understatement. I was really excited about getting my maternity pictures taken by them based on their portfolio unfortunately, they completely ruined the entire experience. They failed to follow up 2 days before the session as agreed (I finally had to reach out the them to confirm) maternity dress was not made available, location was not disclosed untill the night before- a park and an incredibly windy day. I’ve been a client of Media Masons for 4 years now, they’ve done my engagement pictures, maternity pictures (twice!), newborn pics, boudoir, milestone pictures and everything else in between. The prices are EXTREMELY reasonable. They’re a husband and wife team and you can tell they love what they do and take pride in their work. They’re both very friendly and make photo sessions extremely comfortable.
