Absurdly awful credit union. Would give zero stars if possible. Would never let any of my loved ones bank here. Stay far, far away from this place.
I feel very welcomed at my Media City Community Credit Union.
Best bank I've ever had. I've been banking here since 1995. They helped me get a small auto repair loan when I was 18 years old and ever since then they've had my back and my business. At Media City they treat you like a valued member. Since 1995 I've used them for multiple auto loans and now my home loan. What I like most about Media City is that they are nice honest people. Worst banking experience of my life. Followed by the worst customer service interaction of my life with their manager Ana. I had a personal line of credit for under a month. And just received a call about my "suspicious activities." Was told that my account is now shut down. Why? Because of a 10k line of credit. Was I in default? Was I late? No, the issue is that I made 10k worth of payments too promptly. Apparently Anna found it reasonable to call that "suspicious activities." She repeated the phrase three times in the firs... read more
