I barely got the test results of a 15 minute “rapid test” THREE HOURS LATER after multiple messages/emails, & they still failed to provide me the photographic proof of the results. Ridiculous!

My co-worker started seeing the nutritionist and told me that it was worth a try. I was really considering going to lipo and I'm glad that I chose this route. Within a month, I lost 10 lbs, which was my goal. The first week was very challenging, but I kept my focus because I wanted to achieve my goal. Now that I've reached 140 lbs, the next phase is to maintain this weight.
Very disappointed. I referred 2 more of my friends there because it was supposed to be medically supervised and a meeting each week with a counselor. Not only is it not medically supervised, we went in at times and they only took our weight without the behavioral counseling that they advertised. They never even gave me the results of my blood tests that they charged my insurance a lot for. They also were supposed to tailor a plan for each individual, but all of the plans are the same.
