I joined 2/23 and as of today I have lost a total of 16lbs. The program works as long as you are dedicated. Yes like any diet the first week is the hardest, but they provide the tools and support for you to succeed. I happen to have a group of amazing ladies as a support group and it makes a huge difference when you have someone you can reach out to when you are in need. I reommend this program 100%. Trust me you will not regret your decision!

This place is awesome. It is clean and the people are personable. I couldn't feel anymore comfortable in this place. And the program IS the one that works. I think this will be my last lifestyle change.
