Okay, folks. I tried everything available, and I mean everything in the past and would lose but couldn't stick to anything. Medi has exceeded all of my expectations and then some. This program has it all. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. I have lost over 35 pounds so far in 9 weeks. This is probably the easiest weight loss program I have ever tried, too.
