Friendly and Helpful – I used Medi a few years ago to drop some additional weight that I couldn't get rid of, they were really friendly and helped me to stay on track and lose weight. You really do need to make sure you get your physical activity in as well. I lost about 35 pounds, so the program really does work! I am back again recently to lose another 10 pounds. I haven't gained much weight back at all, their program really helps you to change your lifestyle.
