I had been trying to book an appointment at their Richmond location since early July, there has been no response from them for over 3 weeks, finally one of their assistants booked me an appointment on 4th Aug which was the Sunday of the long weekend. When I went for the appointment, the clinic was closed. I went there again on Monday, the clinic was closed then as well. Tried calling the business owner Adriana, but she would not answer her calls. I've been trying to contact this business for an appointment since last week via email, text, and call. No reply. Is the business still open? I've paid for 12 sessions and have only attended one.
