Driver was 25 minutes late. He dumped my frail mom with severe mobility issue in the parking lot. Also, he did not bring her wheelchair as I had requested, just left her with a walker. The dispatcher refused to accept responsibility or make a change, said "we take her as she is". Total disregard for the health of vulnerable people and unprofessional.

I used Medi-Ryde for transportation home from a doctor appointment because I was not allowed to drive myself due to sedation that was used during a procedure. I was able to schedule with Medi-Ryde two weeks out from the date of the procedure which gave me peace of mind and made it very convenient when the day arrived.
