Vehicle very safe, driver Harold very careful, kind. Timely both pick up and return.
The BEST transportation service in the city. I have disabled parents who use wheelchairs. The drivers are so courteous, patient and helpful. I really could not be more satisfied.
Company is very easy to work with; vans are clean & comfortable; drivers are courteous respectful & friendly Service is dependable & on time
I am an administrator of a Dialysis Facility and this company left a patient for 2+ hours stranded at the facility and would not take any accountability. Jeannette the dispatcher hung up on me and would not answer the phone when we attempted to call back meanwhile, the patient is STRANDED with no way back to their facility. Do NOT trust your loved ones to this provider!
