Very poor customer service and unfair cancellation practices. I booked this appointment because I was in severe pain in my back and shoulders. I had already rescheduled my work and was planning to leave one hour early, when my appointment was canceled last minute. This is not the first time — previously, my appointment was canceled with only 1–2 hours’ notice as well.
